There is a phone number....but

If you check the contact page, you'll notice there wasn't a phone number listed. There is now a number to call, but there is a limit to what you can do when you call.

The shop and it's artists operate by appointment only, the schedule availability is not fixed.

The FAQ page and online booking system was designed to better answer your questions and accommodate you and simplify the appointment scheduling process.

It's advisable to check the schedule in the booking section to find a time that suits you.

The artists try to fit everyone in, and even in between clients, but this cannot be promised or guaranteed.
