For the safety and focus of our clients and staff.
To ensure a focused and comfortable environment for all clients and artists, we kindly request limited guests in the work areas.
For all services: Clients are permitted to bring one accompanying person into the work area. We respectfully ask that you do not bring additional guests.
Minors receiving piercing services require the accompaniment of a parent or guardian. All guardians must be present with ID along court ordered guardianship.
Respecting the Shared Space
The studio is a shared creative environment. We kindly ask for your understanding and respect for the areas surrounding the individual work stations. These spaces, including furniture, artwork, and personal items, belong to other artists.
Photography and Videography
Out of respect for personal space, privacy and beliefs; PLEASE always ask an artist for permission before taking any pictures or videos of anything within the shop.
Noise Levels
Due to the nature of the services provided, we ask that you please keep voice/noise levels to a minimum to maintain a calm and professional atmosphere for everyone. This is to ensure the comfort and benefit of all our clients and working artists.
We understand that clients may need to bring children, and they are welcome in the establishment provided they are not disruptive. If a child's behavior becomes disruptive, we reserve the right to ask you to reschedule your appointment. (Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable should you opt not to proceed with your service under these circumstances.)
To help us maintain a clean environment, we ask that all personal food and beverage items be removed or discarded in the outdoor waste receptacles at the end of your visit.
Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for lost or forgotten personal belongings. We encourage you to check for all your items before departing.
Every business has unique service requirements, Due to the diverse operational landscapes of businesses, their service requirements, and consequently their policies, rules, and processes, and aftercare are inherently unique.
We strive to accommodate a wide range of needs, but there may be instances we are not the best fit for your specific request.
In such cases, we would be glad to refer you to another business better equipped to assist you.
We believe this is the most responsible approach to ensure that your needs are met and apologize if we are unable to directly fulfill your expectations.

Certain circumstances may necessitate a reschedule or a more in-depth consultation. This allows us to thoroughly assess if the requested services are suitable for your individual situation and to ensure the best possible outcome for your health.
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual(s). Above all, any person(s) that is exhibiting rude, demanding, impatient, offensive, racist, sexist, or violent behavior. This also applies to anyone who is disruptive and/or appears to be under the influence of substances. There is a zero-tolerance policy for such conduct.
