ID Verification to receive services

To proceed with all services, we must verify age and identity according to legal requirements. Please be prepared to provide the following documentation upon arrival:

Clients 18+:

• Valid State ID or Passport.

• (Acceptable alternative: School ID plus Birth Certificate).

Minor Piercing Clients (Under 18):

• Parent/Legal Guardian: Must attend with their valid State ID or Passport

• Legal guardians require court documentation. There are no exceptions.

• Minor: Must have State ID, School ID, or Passport.

• Minor: Must have Birth Certificate (Original, or a clear, complete copy/photo).

Please Note: These requirements are strictly enforced. No exceptions. Services cannot be rendered without the correct, valid documentation for all relevant parties.
