If you arrive without proper identification, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

When your circumstances change and you obtain your needed documents, please feel free to book another appointment.

To avoid losing your original deposit, kindly select the "Reschedule Confirmed Appointment" option when rebooking.

Please note there there are no refunds/exchanges and there will be a $10 rescheduling fee.
