Did your appointment go through?

We understand that occasionally you might encounter issues with our online booking system.

If you didn't receive a confirmation email, it unfortunately means your appointment wasn't successfully booked. This often happens due to a couple of common reasons:


  1. Payment Processing: Sometimes, your bank's system might not recognize our payment processor, leading to a declined transaction.


  2. Mobile Device Data: As many of our clients book via their phones, occasional delays or restarts in mobile data updates during the process can sometimes interrupt the booking.


  3. The time slot you selected was being booked by another client simultaneously


If you didn't receive a confirmation, we recommend waiting about 15 minutes and then trying the booking process again. If you do see a charge on your account but still haven't received a confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact our office directly, and we'll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
