If your appointment was cancelled? Here’s why.

Updated: Jun 27

We've observed an increase in clients booking multiple appointments on the same day, sometimes far exceeding what is necessary for a single service.

To ensure fair access for all clients and efficient scheduling, we kindly ask that you book only one appointment slot that accurately fits your schedule.

Please be aware that booking multiple appointments on the same day or within a one-week period may result in the cancellation of all your bookings and the forfeiture of your deposits.

Our policy allows for one 30-minute appointment slot per person.

Please note that multiple piercings on the same individual can be accommodated within a single appointment.

We understand that schedules can change.

If your appointment time becomes inconvenient, we encourage you to use the "Reschedule Confirmed Appointment" feature on our Book Online page to select a new time.

A $10 non-refundable rescheduling fee applies, and you will need to provide the details of your original appointment date and time.

Please be aware that any piercing service that is considered to be high risk,  for safety reasons our technician will not perform them.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you are open to receiving a different piercing, our technician would be delighted to help you choose a suitable alternative.

Please note that this policy does not affect post-procedure check-up appointments.

Ensuring the correct original appointment information is provided is crucial for your reschedule request to be approved.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient booking system for everyone.

If your scheduled service falls under our high-risk procedure category,

Due to the specialized nature and safety protocols associated with these piercings, there's a possibility your appointment may need to be canceled.

However, you do have the option to proceed with a piercing service that is not considered high-risk. Please let us know if you'd like to explore alternative options.

We understand this may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety and well-being of all our clients.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
