A Note on Our Policies — Please Read Before You Book

There has been a noticeable pattern of clients booking appointments without reading or understanding our policies — and we want to be very clear.

**No refunds. No exchanges. Not under any circumstances.**

All sales are final. This applies to every service and every piece of jewelry sold. It is stated clearly throughout the booking process. Choosing to ignore it does not make it negotiable.

**We will always work with you — if there's an honest mistake.**

If an error was made on our end or through the site, we will find options that work for you. We've always done that and we always will.

**Our technician will check in with you — more than once.**

Before anything is finalized, we will ask if you're happy with your choice. Sometimes multiple times. We'll advise on size, style, and placement when we see a better option for you. But at the end of the day, if you the client ultimately want what you've chosen — that's your decision, and we respect it. What we won't do is absorb the cost of that decision after the fact.

**Come in sober. This is not optional.**

If you arrive intoxicated — even slightly — we reserve the right to refuse service entirely. Intoxication compromises your ability to make sound decisions about placement, jewelry, and aftercare. If you insist on proceeding against our advice, the outcome is on you — not us. We will always ask. We always do.

**We know our craft.**

We don't take well to clients coming in with personal opinions or statements made from other establishments about how we do our job. If that will be the case, we kindly ask that you book elsewhere.
